Training will be conducted for 15 working days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

This Radio Frequency Engineering Graduate Training Program is fully sponsored by Yayasan Peneraju (YP) and there is no charge.

Accommodation will be provided for those who need it during the 15 days of training free of charge.

There is no limit to the number of participants for each Cohort to allow more people to get training and job placement opportunities before the program ends at the end of December 2024.

Training will be conducted on working days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays but still subject to ad-hoc programs by sponsors and training providers. Trainees are free to do their own business on weekends if there is no need from sponsors and training providers.

After registering on the first day, trainees must complete the training for 15 days without any failure to attend all classes throughout the training.

After completing the training, trainees will be awarded with the following 6 certifications :

1. Radio Frequency Network Installation & Maintenance-Telecommunication; endorsed by City & Guilds Assured.
2. Fifth Generation (5G) Mobile Telecommunication Virtual Network, Planning and Optimization; endorsed by Center for Research in Industry 4.0 (CRI 4.0), University Malaya (UM).
3. Qualcomm 5G Introductory-Level Certification; endorsed by Qualcomm Academy.
4. Radio Frequency Mobile Network – Telecommunication; endorsed by Malaysian Association of Science, Engineering & Technology (MASET)
5. Excel Database Training (Data Visualization & Analytics with Power BI); endorsed by Malaysian Association of Science, Engineering & Technology (MASET).
6. Cloud Computing and AI Certification; endorsed by Malaysian Association of Science, Engineering & Technology (MASET).

The Radio Frequency Engineering Graduate Training Program is a fully sponsored program with no hidden charges.

The program is divided into 4 phases :

Phase : Trainees who register through the e-Registration Form will be screened according to eligibility requirements and specific conditions that have been set by the training provider. Eligible interns will be contacted via phone call for an interview. If passing the interview, trainees need to provide relevant documentation for document screening by training providers and sponsors before receiving a letter of offer for program admission.

Training Phase : Trainees undergo face-to-face training for 15 days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

Job Placement Phase : After training, trainees will go through a job placement phase where trainees will undergo interview sessions with Telecommunications companies around the Klang Valley. Trainees will also attend interviews through their own searches.

Employment Monitoring Phase : After getting a job, trainees will go through employment monitoring where trainees will need to provide several documents to MASET for the first 3 months of employment.

In brief, this program starts from 15 days of training until the end of 3 months of job monitoring.

For job placement, trainees still need to go through an interview with the company to get a job. The 100% guarantee of job placement in the Telecommunications industry means that MASET will continue to help in finding job opportunities for all trainees even if they fail several times in the previous interview until they successfully get a job. The success of the attended interview still depends on the trainee's abilities and performance during the interview. Trainees are also encouraged to find work on their own to shorten the period of unemployment and are free to find any position that suits their educational background regardless of the desired location and are free to accept any offer from any employer in the field of engineering.

The goal of this program is to ensure that trainees enter the workforce after completing the training. Therefore, trainees still need to go through the job placement phase by attending scheduled interview sessions until they get a job even though it has been over 2 months of the job placement period.

Yes, mandatory. All trainees must undergo a period of job monitoring after training. In other words, trainees must go to work in the engineering field after completing the training.

Accommodation is only provided during the 15 days of training only. After the training, trainees are allowed to return to their respective hometowns.

The job opportunities that will be provided by MASET are in the field of Telecommunications engineering. At the same time, trainees are free to choose their desired jobs according to their respective educational backgrounds but are required to work in the field of engineering.
